Elsa hair for blender

There is two armatures to avoid dependency cycles for the braid

"Hair_armature.CTRL" allow you to pose the braid and run cloth sim.
OBJ "Braid.Physic" has a cloth sim modifier. turn off cloth modifier, if you do not want to use cloth sim.

You must Register the script for the braid, otherwise it cannot be posed

-Do not rename object with the name braid, or the braid cannot be posed.
-You can turn on hair dynamics for the particle hair, but not for the particle hair braid.

-There is no texture on the elastic band, you can replace it however you want
-Also copy the render tab setting for the Curves, if the hair doesn't look right in the viewport. It needs a subdivision of 2 to look okay
